The Wild Bunch! Western Caterers from Cave Creek are a premier
Western Catering Company serving the entire state of Arizona. Off-site
specialists we bring the restaurant to you serving groups ranging from 50 to
5,000 comfortably. For groups less then 50 people we offer some wonderful
packages with or without full service. From the tops of mountains to the bottom
of canyons or your back yard, there isn't anywhere we can't go.
Constantly growing and evolving we have recently changed our
name to better symbolize our distinct and unique personality within the Western
Catering industry. Not only has our name changed, but we wipe our boots at a
new kitchen too. Kid Chilleen's Steak
House & Bad Ass BBQ up in Black Canyon City now provides us the flexibility to better travel the State not
to mention a bigger & better kitchen. We can now offer you very reasonably
priced venue to host your private or corporate events. At the"Kid's"
place we have Cabanas, Dance Floors, Two Stages, Full Service Bar, Buffet
Areas, Plumbing and Fire Pit's and Corals for your Horses too boot. And that's
the INSIDE! Beautiful mountain views surround the Out-Back Camp so bring
your camera.. Stop by on your way up north and check it out or pick up
some Q to go (623) 374-5552. Call ahead and they will have it
packaged and ready to go so you don't have to cook your first night up north.
The Wild Bunch! have aligned ourselves to bring All of
Arizona the finest in Cowboy type food service. With facilities and
services for on-site, off-site, pick-up, drop-off, banquets and more, we
are constantly evolving our business model to better serve you. If you see
where we are missing the Train let's us know as criticism is accepted. (not
always graciously but accepted)
Traditions run deep!
The Wild Bunch! uses only the finest in USDA meats and
poultry. All our meat is smoked using wood fired pits or grilled to
perfection. Our Pork is pulled but our Brisket can come right out of the
smoker and be carved on site. Mesquite, Hickory, Pecan & Pistachio
are just a few of the woods used to permeate robust flavors into your foods.
Dutch Ovens are still used for our "almost
famous" Cobblers and legendary Honey Butter Biscuits and most
side dishes. The Wild Bunch! isn't just a meal, it's an experience.

create dynamic tasting food by using homemade ingredients, proprietary rubs and
secret recipes handed down for generations. (OK, I borrow a few from the internet too)This ensures our
robust flavors. From Bacon Wrapped Rattlesnake or mouth watering Rib-eyes
to Lobster Boils. The Wild Bunch! usually has something to please everyone's
