Breakfast is cheerfully served to groups of twenty- five or more. Remember, our breakfast are prepared on-site so everything should be fresh hot and delicious. We will need to show up early so please take that into account when scheduling...

Nothing fancy but it takes the edge off any gathering. Includes a plentiful assortment of mini muffins, Danish pastries, fresh bagels, cream cheese, whipped butter, seasonal fruit basket and assorted juices...

Ace's High: $10pp

A nice efficient buffet that includes Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties, crisp bacon, Hash brown tators, assorted fresh bagels, Danish, tortillas, salsa & juices...

The Hombre: $12.50pp

If we want it we'll take it...Why make them choose when they can have it all. Two (2) type scramble eggs.. Plain and Hombre (green chilies, diced onions, pepper jack cheese) served up hot along with Sausage patty's, crisp bacon strips, biscuits & gravy, hash brown tators, fresh bagels, Danish, tortillas, assorted yogurts, salsas & juices

Substitute Potato Pancakes for taters add $1.50pp (Grated potato with onion, eggs, flour and salt. Flattened and fried to a golden brown)
Cowboy Coffee add $1.25 pp (not recommended for weak hearts, nursing mothers or people with a nervous twitch) or $8. Per gallon
Decaf available but why?
